Description of Work: This scheduled maintenance window is to upgrade line cards in our core routers to higher specification units to further improve network performance. Likelihood of VI customers being affected is minimal – however, there may be a couple of flaps when the routers fail over to the alternative path as the line-cards are installed.

Services Affected: all London hosted customers

Impact: Low – downtime not expected but several route-flaps will occur during this period.
