Server Monitoring & Performance Reporting
VI Reporting is an online tool which delivers reports on Server health and performance as well as traffic analysis. This tool enables effective capacity planning as well as a real time overview of how your servers are performing. This service is provided with ASLA and with PSLA support contracts is proactively monitored and maintained.
Advanced Server Monitoring
All VI managed servers come with our advanced server monitoring systems which monitor specific services on your server, constantly checking that they are working. Should the system find that a service has stopped or your website becomes unavailable for any reason; the VI notification system will automatically send you an SMS and an email informing you of this. Proactive & custom SLA customers have the added peace of mind in the knowledge that their server engineer automatically rectifies stopped services for them, without the need of the customer having to make contact.
